Dave Palaski
Dave started piano lessons at the age of 7. He quickly progressed through “The Suzuki Method,” which focuses on learning classical music.
As a teenager, he rebelled from classical music, picking up the drums as a new passion. But, the call of the ivory keys beckoned for his return. Eventually, he went on to play both piano and drums professionally for a number of years. Throughout this time, he taught piano and drum lessons privately.
Dave tried teaching his 8 and 6 year old girls, but was quickly diagnosed with the clinical “father/daughter head-butting” syndrome. His empathetic wife frantically searched online for a solution and came across Simply Music. They found a local teacher and started lessons. Dave was so blown away with the girls’ rapid results that he altered course and became a licensed Simply Music teacher.
Besides his own passion for music, he is fully committed to helping others have the beautiful language of music as a life-long companion!
